As a Community Manager Intern, you will be the heartbeat of the Alutamarket community. You will manage our online groups, keep members engaged, resolve issues, and make sure every Comrade — buyer or seller — feels seen, heard, and supported.
What You Will Do
- Manage and moderate Alutamarket WhatsApp and Telegram communities
- Welcome new members and guide them on how to use the platform
- Keep the community active with daily engagement, posts, and conversations
- Identify and escalate issues from community members to the right team
- Support sellers with tips on how to get more visibility and sales
- Report weekly on community growth, engagement, and key issues
- Represent the Alutamarket brand with warmth, professionalism, and energy
What We Are Looking For
- Strong written communication skills in simple, clear English
- Someone who is naturally social, organized, and responsible
- Prior experience managing a group or community is an advantage but not required
- Passionate about student life, campus commerce, and building something real
- Available for at least 15 hours per week
