For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These may include perishable goods such as foods, intimate apparel, and products that pose a health risk if opened or used. Please check the product description or message the store owner for further information regarding specific items.
If an order is cancelled while still in "Pending" status (before the seller confirms), the delivery fee will be refunded. However, once a seller marks an order as "Confirmed," the delivery fee becomes non-refundable as logistics resources and space have already been allocated for your shipment.
To ensure our logistics network remains efficient and sellers receive timely payments, orders that have been "Shipped" and remain uncollected or unconfirmed for more than 120 hours (5 days) will be automatically cancelled by the system. In the event of a standard or auto-cancellation, the refund consists of the product price only. The payment gateway processing fee and (in relevant cases) the shipping fee will be withheld to cover administrative and logistics costs.
